Halloween is almost here!

On Sunday we went to Grandma and Papa's to carve pumpkins. I carved a spider and Jordan carved his favorite football team, the Rams, into his. Kaitlyn got to play with her favorite cousin, Hannah. Those two are trouble when they get together. We also got to see Chelsey and little Hayden as well. We're all hoping that the weather will cooperate this year so we can do a little bit of trick-or-treating. It's always a guessing game as to whether or not there will be snow or blowing wind or something like that.

Other news, Kaitlyn has kicked the bottle habit and has been off them for about 2 weeks now. She's also decided that she didn't want to sit in her highchair any more and we had to get her a booster seat, so she could sit more at the table. She's down to taking only one nap a day now, but she still only sleeps an hour most of the time. She's too much like her dad thinking that daylight is wasting if you're sleeping.

Look, I'm a big girl!

We also finally have a step again leading out the back door onto our patio. We didn't have one for the longest time after we poured the larger patio, because Jordan wanted it to be made of redwood instead of concrete. Tyler is always busy and never had the time to come back to build the step, but today he came over and put it in. It looks really good, all we have to do now is stain it.
